TiE Amsterdam is the Amsterdam chapter of the TiE Global network, part of TiE’s Europe region.
The chapter supports startups at many stages — from those just starting out to those ready for growth and capital engagement — by providing a structured ecosystem of opportunities and resources.
PILLARS OF TiE
Since 1992. TiE has been supporting entrepreneurs by offering education, mentorship, networking and funding opportunities. The mission of TiE remains to foster entrepreneurship globally through funding, mentoring, networking and education.
Mentoring
TiE Hyderabad emphasizes quality mentoring by connecting founders with seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, and experts through group and one-on-one formats. Our programs like TiE Scale help startups accelerate growth, while TiE Business Clinic offers targeted guidance on business challenges.
Networking
TiE Hyderabad unites entrepreneurs from diverse industries, offering vast opportunities for networking and collaboration within a vibrant startup ecosystem. Initiatives like TiE Open Mic, TiE Heart-up Wednesday and the TiE AM–CM Mixer enable our members to share ideas, exchange experiences, and build connections.
Education
At TiE Hyderabad, entrepreneurship education is at the core of our initiatives. Programs like TiE U, TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE), TiE Masterclass, and TiE Women Bootcamp equip aspiring founders with practical knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts. These curated initiatives provide actionable insights and strategies that help startups navigate challenges, refine ideas, and build stronger businesses.
Investing
Through TiE Angels India and TiE Cube, TiE Hyderabad provides a strong platform for startups to access funding and investment opportunities. Several promising ventures have secured capital either from TiE Angel groups within the network or directly from angel investors connected to the chapter. This success comes from TiE’s unique virtuous cycle, where experienced members support and invest in younger entrepreneurs.
Incubation
TiE Hyderabad actively connects with leading incubators and innovation hubs to extend support for startups at every stage of their journey. By providing a trusted platform for collaboration, guidance, and access to resources, the chapter ensures that entrepreneurs receive the right support system to build, refine, and scale their ventures.
OUR GLOBAL PROGRAM
TiE ANGELS
TiE Global Angels (TGA) is a global platform for TiE Charter Members worldwide to invest in start-ups. It supports TiE’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship by providing entrepreneurs a source of funding that also brings with it the power of TiE’s global network and offerings.
TiE WOMEN
The TiE Women program was conceptualized to support women entrepreneurs across sectors, irrespective of the size of the enterprises, origin, standing or background. TiE Women provides comprehensive support to women entrepreneurs through curated mentorship, long term guidance and opportunities for collaboration.
TiE U
The TiE Grad program, designed by TiE Hyderabad, has scaled globally to over 40 TiE chapters and nurtures start-ups run by college/ university students. It achieves this objective by creating events and engagements that bring together start-ups, TiE members, external mentors, coaches, and ecosystem partners.
TiE YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
The TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program is a transformative initiative designed to nurture entrepreneurial skills among high school students. The curriculum and pedagogy foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork thereby familiarizing students with the fundamentals of starting and running a business.
TiE NURTURE
The TiE Nurture Program, pioneered by TiE Pune and adopted by TiE Hyderabad, is a long-term structured mentoring initiative designed to support young founders in building impactful enterprises. Spanning 6–9 months (36 weeks), the program combines Guru Sessions by industry experts, interactive workshops, and a dedicated Finishing School segment.
